Hello! My name is Kalyn and I am a pelvic floor physical therapist. I started Pelvic Floor Fitness to help women with pelvic floor issues like incontinence, and pelvic pain as well as help women through pregnancy and postpartum. I want to help you get back to doing the things you love through movement. I have been working with people since 2018 and I have a passion for helping women reduce pain, improve mobility, and decrease incontinence so that you can get back to doing life confidently.
